Vaccine clinic date changes

Posted by: Practice365 - Posted on:

NHS England has notified us of a short delay in the delivery date for our Pfizer covid vaccines. This means our clinic dates have had to change, as set out below. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused: please understand this is entirely outside our control. NHS England is working at an unprecedented rate to supply vaccines, plus all the necessary support equipment such as fridges etc.

All appointment times stay the same, unless you are contacted directly by phone. It is only the date that has changed: as set out below. There is no change to the venue which remains as Woodhouse Medical Practice, Cambridge Rd, Leeds LS6 2SF.

Change in time period between 1st and 2nd vaccine

The Pfizer vaccine requires two doses. Today we were informed to book the 2nd dose appointment around 12 weeks after the 1st dose appointment. This is a change: previously we were booking the 2nd dose just 3 weeks after the 1st dose appointment. This is why the 2nd dose appointments set out below have been moved on by more than just a few days.

 Queries?

If you have any queries about your appointment date or time, please call us and press 0 when you hear the recorded message to be transferred to the booking office.

See you at your appointment, thank you for your understanding and support at this challenging time. We wish you a better 2021!
